FEBRUARY FUNDRAISING

The BTRF Winter Auction!

Listing has started - you can list your items until Sunday 19th February

when the bidding starts (see How to List an Item). The auction
proceeds will go towards the MRI scan for our young foster Beddie,

Percy! We need to raise about £2000 for the scan so we really need

The auction will start at 9am on Sunday 19th February and will run for 12 days ending
at 9pm on Thursday 2nd March.

You may be aware that AmazonSmile will be terminating its service

that allows consumers to donate to a charity of their choice. You
can continue to support BTRF in this way until 20 February 2023,

and any customer purchases made via AmazonSmile will continue
to accrue funds for your chosen charity as normal until then.

There are still lots of opportunities to support BTRF – have a look at our website for

some great alternatives.

Great news from Andrew Hale of Dog Centred Care :
‘February's rescue is Bedlington Terrier Rescue. Kaye Scott and the team
at the rescue are doing amazing things to support the breed, including an
excellent foster based system that shows how to do fostering well. Kaye
will be joining Dog Centred Care in the group later this month to share the
work they do, more about the breed, and her own experiences of being
involved in rescue.
